Today was an incredibly successful first day at SigmaCamp! We all had an extraordinary time going around to fun games and exercises at several different stations set up around camp; games such as charades, creating and untying a human knot, balancing the whole team on one chair, and many more. We then had the most interesting Opening Ceremony ever, complete with prizes, an incredible lecture about the upcoming CRISPR-Cas9 revolution by our very own Mark Lukin, and the traditional release of the SigmaSpirit! SigmaCamp 2017 started off with a bang, foreshadowing the explosively brilliant days to come!
