Membership in Friends of Sigma supports continued operation of SigmaCamp and gain invitations to various Taste of Sigma events, including great SigmaCamp lectures given by Sigma faculty and guest speakers, as well as other SigmaCamp features enjoyed during camp.

SigmaCamp is a non profit organization exempt from USA federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contribution to SigmaCamp are deductible under section 170 of the Code. SigmaCamp Tax ID number is 46-2782877

Up to $1,000: Sigma Circle
Every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference.
$300-$500 covers the travel of a staff member flying cross-country to volunteer at SigmaCamp.
$1,000+: Friend of Sigma
A full scholarship to Sigma 2023 is $1,700.
A typical scholarship for very low income families is $1,000 - $1,500
$3,000+: Sustainer
Sponsor an advanced experimental semilab course at SigmaCamp or our new program, SigmaCamp Next.
$5,000+: Vital Supporter
A donation of $5,000 nearly covers bus transportation for staff to the remote Silver Lake
from Boston and NYC/JFK, and back.
$10,000+: Friend of Science
A donation of $10,000 can enable the founding of a new program in advanced experimental science,
which requires significant start-up costs, yet will serve for many years.
$20,000+: Sigma Patron of Science
A donation of $20,000 can support a new year-long outreach event,
such as the Young Educators and Scientists (YES) Lecture series.
$50,000+: Definer of New Horizons
SigmaCamp is expanding, and we hope you join us and participate in shaping the vision of Sigma’s future impacts.
