Computer Science Lecture on October 2nd
If you’re interested in coding and would like to learn more, the Problem of the Month Computer Science team is offering an introductory computer science lecture this Sunday, October 2nd, from 3:00 - 4:15 PM EST. It will consist of three 20-minute time blocks, during which three sessions will be offered concurrently. These beginner-friendly sessions will be taught by members of the computer science team, and will cover a wide range of topics, including getting started with Python, reading and writing a file in Python, Python logic basics, data processing and validation, Python data structures, and depth-first search and breadth-first search. No coding experience necessary!
Can’t make it? We will record all the sessions and post links to the recordings as well as notes from some sessions on the POM website. We hope to see you there!
