Zeno of Elea is usually credited with the observation that arguments involving infinity frequently and easily lead to seemingly paradoxical observations. We will follow this idea into works of Cantor and HIlbert to learn about different kinds and sizes of infinity, resolve old paradoxes and introduce new ones, investigate infinity in geometry and explore paradoxes in computer science, linguistics, and logic.
