you get a generalization of the binomial formula. Coefficients of the expansion give a very interesting generalization of the binomial coefficients
This is the origin of many important concepts of modern mathematics and physics. In the course I will give an elementary introduction and flavor of q-mathematics.
Prerequisites: Binomial formula, integration, differentiation, familiarity with vector spaces and operators.
