Submitting POM solutions

Please submit your solutions using the form below. For each problem and project, you must submit a video submission explaining your solution.

  • Videos must be at most 2 minutes long for 5pt/10pt problems, and at most 6 minutes long for projects.
  • You must narrate your solutions; you do not need to show your face. Acceptable formats include:
    • Screensharing a PowerPoint/slides presentation and narrating,
    • Screensharing a drawing app (e.g., Microsoft Paint) and narrating,
    • Recording themselves at a whiteboard, paper, or easel and narrating,
    • Speaking directly to the camera.
  • Videos must be submitted as links (uploaded to Google Drive, Youtube, Dropbox, etc.). Extra files that may be requested in the problem must be submitted in PDF format (unless they are code, in which case read below).
  • For computer science problems, you may be asked to submit code along with a video explaining your submission. The only allowed languages are Python-3 and Java, so please upload a .py or .java file for these problems.
  • You do not have to submit all solutions at once; you can submit some of them and then return to this page later to submit more. You can submit your solutions in any order.

When submitting a video as a link, please make sure that the video is viewable by anyone with this link – for example, mark it “unlisted” on YouTube (not private). Please ensure that you can access the video using the link in an incognito/private window.

If we cannot access your video by the link, your solution will not be awarded any points.
