Financial Aid 2026
Our goal is to ensure that every qualified applicant can attend any of our camps: SigmaCamp, SigmaWest, or SigmaNext, regardless of financial circumstances. Admission to our programs is need-blind; applying for financial aid does not affect admission decisions.
All admitted students and their guardians can access the financial aid application through CampDoc, the platform we use for payments, health documentation, and other forms. A link to CampDoc will be sent to all admitted students and their parents within one week of admission. The financial aid section is located in the Health Profile, which all admitted students are required to complete.

Who is eligible for financial aid?
Any admitted student (SigmaCamp, SigmaWest, or SigmaNext) is eligible to apply for financial aid.
What is the timeline for financial aid decisions?
- April 1 - Financial aid applications open (after the admission decisions are made)
- April 15 – Financial aid applications due
- April 20 – Decisions sent to families via email
- May 1 – Tuition payment due for all students (payment plans are also available on CampDoc)
Where can I find the application form for financial aid?
Once admitted, all students will receive a link to CampDoc, where they will be able to fill out the financial aid application within their Health Profile.
How is financial aid determined?
Financial aid decisions are made holistically based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:
- Household size
- Household income
- Schooling expenses
- Total tuition cost per family
- Travel costs
- Any other special circumstances shared in the application
What documentation is required to verify income?
Families will be asked to submit documentation of their current financial situation through CampDoc. The platform ensures data privacy and security, and personal information will not be shared outside of the application process.
How will financial aid be applied to camp fees?
Approved financial aid will be deducted directly from the student’s tuition balance in CampDoc.
Are payment plans available for families receiving financial aid?
Yes, we understand that families may need additional flexibility. Payment plans are available for anyone through CampDoc.
What if my family’s financial situation changes after the deadline?
If your family experiences an unexpected financial hardship after the financial aid deadline, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@sigmacamp.org. We will do our best to accommodate late requests when possible.
