Starting Your 2026 Application

Please fill out the form below to let us know that you plan to apply to one or more of our 2026 summer camps: SigmaCamp, SigmaWest, or SigmaNext. We encourage you to do this as soon as possible, even if you’re not yet certain you’ll apply—there’s no obligation.

Please note that you must complete this form before you can submit any application materials, including the Qualification Quiz (QQ), essays, or a recommendation letter. You must still fill out this form even if you are admitted to a camp through POM.
