Financial Aid
We strongly encourage you to apply for our financial aid program through the CampDoc platform. All accepted campers will receive a CampDoc link via email. Our admissions process is need-blind, so applying for financial aid does not affect admission decisions, ensuring that students from all economic backgrounds can attend. Forms submitted after the deadline may not be reviewed.
Tuition and Discounts
SigmaCamp 2026 tuition is $1,900 for 8 days/7 nights. Our sibling discount reduces the cost for the second camper by 20% and for the third camper by 35% ($3,420 for two campers, $4,655 for three campers). We also offer a 20% off tuition total discount for campers who attend more than one camp during the summer.
We are committed to keeping camp affordable for all families. To make this possible, we rely on significant fundraising to help cover the full cost of each camper. Even at full tuition, each camper is subsidized by approximately $200.
If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to help cover the full cost of your child’s attendance or to support other students and all the great programs at the camp, we would greatly appreciate it. You may do so by adding $200 (or any amount) to your tuition payment.
Tuition must be paid no later than May 1, 2026.
Ways to pay
You can pay tuition using one of the following methods:
via Zelle:
SigmaCamp accepts payment via Zelle bank transfer. To pay, please use the name Sigma Camp (or First name: Sigma, Last name: Camp) and the email info@sigmacamp.org
via CampDoc:
CampDoc accepts payments by credit card and electronic check. After logging into your CampDoc account, go to the “Make Payments” tab to pay the tuition. Please note that CampDoc charges a processing fee.
- You can also select add-ons (such as transportation and/or bedding).
- Payment plans are available on CampDoc, due June 14.
- You may use the following coupon codes for our discounts:
SIBLING1 - sibling discount for 2 campers (20% applied to the second camper only)
SIBLING2 - sibling discount for 3 campers (35% applied to the third camper only)
2CAMPS - if attending more than 1 camp (20% applied to tuition total)

Refund policy
SigmaCamp's official refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation made at least one month prior to the start of camp: 50% of the tuition payment will be refunded
- Cancellation made within one month of camp: no refund will be issued
In rare circumstances, SigmaCamp may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis and issue a larger refund at its discretion.
